“Celebrating Our Past, Preparing for Our Future” is the theme of NCCA’s 50th Anniversary meeting. We’re hoping to have a record number of attendees to celebrate with us in Tucson from April 23 to 25.

A special NCCA 50th Anniversary Reception and Dinner is slated for Monday, April 23, from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. This key event includes a band, dancing, and memories of a half-century of NCCA successes. We thank our 50th Anniversary sponsors.

Two Top Speakers

The two keynote speakers for the 2012 Annual Meeting are Alan Beaulieu, a popular economic trends expert, and Bob Weidner, president and CEO of the Metals Service Centers Institute. Both speakers received rave reviews from previous presentations at NCCA meetings.

Beaulieu, who delivered the keynote addresses at NCCA’s 2006, 2008, and 2010 Fall Technical Meetings, serves as president and senior analyst of the Institute for Trend Research (ITR). Highly acclaimed at our meetings and at presentations around the world, Beaulieu will offer his best forecast for the economy in 2012 and beyond.

Weidner, who received rave reviews at our 2009 Annual Meeting, returns to provide his expert insights with his presentation, “Economic Revival or Stagnation? Looking Through the Lenses of Manufacturing and the Metals Supply Chain.” He will kick-off our general session on Tuesday morning.
